what to expect

Premium equipment

Villa Azure will delight you with its luxuriously equipped apartments with a large terrace and breathtaking views of the open sea.

You can choose from 4 larger apartments for 4-5 people with a bedroom and a living area or 2 smaller studios for 2-3 people located in the attic. All apartments and studios are air-conditioned, and have a fully equipped kitchenette with a wine opener and a coffee machine, a private bathroom with a toilet and a shower, and a pleasant seating area on the terrace, in addition to the stunning views.

The sea is approximately 100 meters away. The closest to the villa is a tastefully landscaped rocky coastline, which creates pleasant spots for sunbathing and swimming in the clear water. Or, if you prefer a sandy beach, it only takes a moment to cycle or scooter to the pebble beach nearby.

You can also find many shops here, a bakery, fresh fruit and vegetable market, a restaurant, a café and a wine bar within walking distance.

If you want to spend an evening in the bustling center of Rogoznica, with its plethora of restaurants on the beautiful seafront colonnade, just take the Boat Taxi, which runs every 30 minutes for a small fee.

Fly in

There is plenty of spots for parking at the villa, but there is no need to worry even if you’re flying in. A daily direct flight takes off from Prague and it only takes an hour and a half to get to the Split Airport. Check the Smartwings flight schedule for dates and times. A flight with Ryanair to Zadar is more advantageous. If you buy your ticket in time, you can have it for less than 2,000 CZK!

Taxi or rent a car

You can rent a car or take a taxi at both Split and Zadar airports. There are many companies that offer car rental. It is important to have a credit card with you if you want to avoid paying high insurance cover. The journey from Zadar by car takes about one hour and half and from Split about 30 minutes.
