Blouson top with split butterfly sleeves, flared skirt and un attached cord belt with an elastic waist. Back closes with a long zipper. Bodice has a fabric overlay to create the blouson part and the sleeves. Skirt does not so you can see how transparent the skirt is. Fabric is a glittering metallic in tiny stripes. The only label is a dry clean only tag. Excellent condition with no issues. Shows little to
