Includes destination & trail runs, strength circuits, run drills, and technique. All levels are welcome from beginners (walkers, run walk) to experienced runners. Saturday endurance run 5k, 10k, 15k distances. Meet Tuesdays 6: 15 pm & Saturdays at 8: 15 am at Rackets & Runners. First trial session is free, just drop in. Ongoing drop in rate is $10 per day. Prorated fee available.
